RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

• Each Piece is made especially for you as soon as your order comes through!

•At this time we are unable to process exchanges, your request will be processed as a return for store credit to complete your desired exchange. Please note the refund amount issued will be minus return shipping fee's. 

  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be free of odor (smoke or perfumes) and in sellable condition. We have the right to deny any refund based on the quality of the returned item.
  • Please reach out to customer service within 14 days of receiving your piece to arrange a return, if eligible. Returns or refunds submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • All refunds will be issued in store credit, no exceptions.
  • All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Goth Cloth Co. does not take responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.

 Should an item sell out and we are unable to fulfill this item you will be offered a refund in the original purchase amount.

• At this time we are unable to offer return or exchanges for any international orders outside of the United States.  

• All accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including jewelry, hats, towels, bags, etc. This does not include defective items.

• Please note, due to the made-to-order nature of our swimwear and sanitary concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear items.

• Gift Card purchases can not be refunded.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

To submit a return, please visit gothclothco.com and select the person icon next to the shopping cart in the top, right corner. This will prompt you to login with the email associated with your order. Once logged in, you can request a return for specific items.
