RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND STORE CREDIT
Each piece is made especially for you as soon as your order comes through!
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be free of odors (including smoke and perfumes), unwashed, and in resellable condition. Goth Cloth Co. reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, refund, or store credit request based on the condition of the returned item.
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days from delivery, returns may be eligible for store credit only on a case-by-case basis and must be processed manually through our support team. Store credit requests submitted after 30 days are not guaranteed and are subject to item condition and approval.

Customers who purchase our optional Checkout+ upgrade at checkout may be eligible for:

- Exchange for another size or item
- Store credit
- Free return shipping
Customers who do not purchase Checkout+ may be eligible for:

Customers who do not purchase Checkout+ are responsible for return shipping costs. If a return shipping label is provided by Goth Cloth Co., the cost of the label may be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.
Goth Cloth Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Should an item sell out or become unavailable before fulfillment, you will be offered a refund to your original payment method.
Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.
All accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, jewelry, hats, towels, bags, mugs, candles, gift wrap, and pet products. This exclusion does not apply to defective or damaged items.
SWIMWEAR RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase and feel confident wearing it!
To qualify for a swimwear return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Swimwear that appears worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise unsellable cannot be accepted for return due to health and safety considerations.
Eligible swimwear returns may be refunded to the original payment method, exchanged, or converted to store credit through our return portal based on customer preference and eligibility.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and checking out our Instagram tagged posts and pinned posts for customer fit photos before ordering. If you have sizing questions, our team is always happy to help before purchase.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact support@gothclothco.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement when applicable.

Customers with Checkout+ receive free return shipping on eligible returns and exchanges. Customers without Checkout+ may be responsible for return shipping costs.
