How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. After it's shipped, average delivery times are 2-5 business days within the United States. The majority of our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are delivered within 7-10 days of ordering.
PLEASE NOTE: For our made-to-order items, such as our embroidery items, as well as our partnership items, it typically takes 2 week from order date to day of delivery, as the production time of these items is longer. This policy includes embroidered sweatshirts, hoodies, beanies, button-ups, and dad caps. If you need an item by a specific date, please account for this when ordering. We cannot guarantee any time frame for shipping, as production and shipping delays are out of our control.
Shipping Price: Free shipping on orders over $100. Shipping charges for orders below $10 vary by item and package weight.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks.
I just placed an order, but I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! What should I do?
We process our orders very quickly. Sometimes, an order will be processed minutes after it has been placed. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the incorrect shipping address and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best.
My order says delivered, but it's not here. What should I do?
If your order’s tracking status is DELIVERED, but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier you selected at check out to see if your shipment is being held. Many times, the carrier has marked a shipment as “delivered” a little too early, and in most cases your shipment will arrive within 48-72 hours.
If you consider your package lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier you selected at checkout. Goth Cloth Co. will not contact the parcel service on your behalf. If you need information regarding your shipment such as tracking number, ship date, and last known location please email us at support@gothclothco.com.
The shipping carrier and customer assume responsibility for the package once it has left our facility. We will not replace or issue a refund for any packages of the following circumstances:
Package was held or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address.
Package was lost at any point in the parcel process.
Package was stolen at any point in the parcel process.
