We offer an optional Checkout+ upgrade at checkout that provides additional return benefits on eligible orders.
Customers Who Purchase Checkout+
Customers who purchase Checkout+ may choose from the following return options for eligible items:
- Refund to original payment method
- Exchange for another size or item
- Store credit
- Free return shipping
Customers Who Do Not Purchase Checkout+
Customers who do not purchase Checkout+ may also choose from the following return options for eligible items:
- Refund to original payment method
- Exchange for another size or item
- Store credit
If a return shipping label is required, the cost of the return label may be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.
Return Window
All returns, exchanges, and refunds must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and must meet our standard return eligibility requirements.
Returns After 30 Days
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method or exchanges.
In certain circumstances, Goth Cloth Co. may offer store credit only for returns submitted after 30 days. These requests must be handled manually through customer support and are subject to approval based on item condition and eligibility.

Swimwear Shipping Policy
Our swimwear is made to order from recycled materials rather than sitting on a warehouse shelf waiting to ship. Each piece is printed, cut, sewn, and produced specifically for the customer who ordered it.
This made-to-order process helps us reduce harmful fashion waste and avoid producing excess inventory that may never be purchased.
Processing & Delivery Time
Please allow approximately 2 weeks from order date to delivery for all swimwear orders.
This timeframe includes:
- Production
- Quality inspection
- Packaging
- Transit time
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order date to delivery for swimwear orders during peak season.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking email.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to begin updating after a shipping label has been created.
Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, carrier delays can occasionally occur.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact our customer support team at support@gothclothco.com and we'll be happy to assist.
Expedited Shipping
Because every swimwear item is produced specifically for the customer who ordered it, we are unable to offer expedited production or expedited shipping on swimwear orders.

Apparel & Other Product Shipping
Most apparel, accessories, and non-swimwear items are processed within 5–7 business days, although processing times may increase during sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods.
After shipment, most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available for qualifying orders over $100.
Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Why Hasn't My Tracking Updated?
Tracking information isn't always updated in real time.
Shipping carriers occasionally delay tracking scans by several days. Rest assured, your package is often further along in transit than the tracking information may indicate.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact support@gothclothco.com.
I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email support@gothclothco.com as soon as possible.
Because many orders begin processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made before shipment. However, we will always do our best to help.
My Package Says Delivered, But I Don't Have It
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your property.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Wait 48–72 hours, as packages are occasionally marked delivered before arrival.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact both the shipping carrier and support@gothclothco.com so we can review the shipment and determine what options may be available.
Shipping Liability
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Goth Cloth Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or delivery issues resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related delays
- Customs delays
- Theft after delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
For customers who purchase our optional $3.98 Checkout+ upgrade at checkout, package protection benefits include lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Coverage and eligibility are subject to the terms of the Checkout+ program.
