Garment Fit/Make
- All of tee's and hoodies are UNISEX fit and fit true to size, unless otherwise stated
- We love the oversized look and if you do too we recommend sizing up
- For speciality garments ex. sweat pants or crops please refer to sizing chart on the product
- Our graphic products are Printed in the USA, using environmentally friendly inks. Body of the shirt/hoodie may be imported. Please refer to individual products for fabric contents.
- Accessories origins may vary although we try to source locally made products when we can :)
CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER
• Orders may not be cancelled unless the product ordered has sold out. At this time we are not able to alter sizes or make changes to orders after they have been placed. Please refer to our returns + exchanges + refund page for more information.
• If you notice your shipping details are not correct after checking out please reach out ASAP. While we will make every effort to catch this and update your details before shipment we can not guarantee any requested change.
- If your order has already shipped please reach out to USPS directly to attempt to update address - 1 (800) 275-8777
• Orders with insufficient addresses will not be re-shipped until received back to our warehouse customer is responsible for any re-shipping fee's
GIFT CARDS/STORE CREDIT
• E-gift cards are sent to the original purchaser via email. E-gift cards are sent within an hour of being ordered. You will receive an email confirmation with the order details before your unique card code is sent.
GIFT CARD REDEMPTION
• Gift cards can be exclusively used on gothclothco.com as full or Partial payment. Use your unique code by entering it In the “discount” section at checkout.
• Gift Cards do not expire
• Gift Card purchases can not be refunded.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
• Each Piece is made especially for you as soon as your order comes through!
•At this time we are unable to process exchanges, your request will be processed as a return for store credit to complete your desired exchange. Please note the refund amount issued will be minus return shipping fee's.
- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be free of odor (smoke or perfumes) and in sellable condition. We have the right to deny any refund based on the quality of the returned item.
- Please reach out to customer service within 14 days of receiving your piece to arrange a return, if eligible. Returns or refunds submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- All refunds will be issued in store credit, no exceptions.
- All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Goth Cloth Co. does not take responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.
• Should an item sell out and we are unable to fulfill this item you will be offered a refund in the original purchase amount.
• At this time we are unable to offer return or exchanges for any international orders outside of the United States.
• All accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including jewelry, hats, towels, bags, etc. This does not include defective items.
• Please note, due to the made-to-order nature of our swimwear and sanitary concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear items.
• Gift Card purchases can not be refunded.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN
To submit a return, please visit gothclothco.com and select the person icon next to the shopping cart in the top, right corner. This will prompt you to login with the email associated with your order. Once logged in, you can request a return for specific items.
Once your order is returned, we can issue a store credit. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@gothclothco.com.
SOMETHING WENT WRONG!
• In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product ordered and it arrives damaged we will replace the item ASAP. Please contact us with details of the error along with your order number and a photo of the affected garment.
• Got something other than what you ordered? We will happily resend the correct item, please provide your order number, email and a photo of the item you received to support@gothclothco.com. You may be asked to return the item, if this is the case you will be issued return postage.
ORDER / SHIPPING INFORMATION
•Solid color graphic tee's and hoodies generally ship in 2-4 business days or sooner! ( We do not ship weekends or holidays, orders placed during busy times such as sales and holiday may incur additional wait) Tracking is emailed as soon as it is available.
• After your order is placed you will receive an additional shipping email with tracking information once your goods are on their way!
• Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses or at different times, no we didn’t forget your items! You will get tracking as each shipment is prepared and leaves our facility.
• Goth Cloth is not responsible for packages not received due to incorrect or insufficient address. Any item received back at our warehouse due to these terms will be issued invoice to complete reshipment once it is processed and correct address has been confirmed. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time after package is showing "delivered/return to sender"
• After product is showing "delivered" status we are not responsible for loss or theft due to package being shipped to insecure location. If your product is showing as delivered but you have yet to receive it we recommend first checking with family who may have received the package in leu of you then filing a claim with USPS if you have failed to receive after 1 day of showing delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Well It takes a little longer…. Orders will be processed the same as those being sent to the US but typically take 14-21 business days depending on the location.
•International orders are Shipped Via USPS first class mail, this can have limited tracking to select destinations at this time. Tracking may end upon Leaving USA.
•Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages.
•All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.
BACK-ORDERED PRODUCTS
• We occasionally have merchandise for sale that that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size. We'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished.

Garments with Graphics; To insure your garments have a long life please wash in cold water inside out on gentle and lay flat to dry. You may also refer to the individual care label located in each garment.

•Graphics, tie-dyes, stripes, masks and many other items are custom made to order!
• Colors... We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Due to unique hand Tie-Dye washes, there might be slight differences in washes and or size from garment to garment.
