SWIMWEAR SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Why does swimwear take longer to arrive?

Our swimwear is made to order from recycled materials rather than sitting on a warehouse shelf waiting to ship.

Each piece is printed, cut, sewn, and produced specifically for the customer who ordered it. This helps reduce harmful fashion waste and prevents excess inventory from ending up in landfills.

How long does swimwear take to arrive?

Please allow approximately 2 weeks from order date to delivery.

During peak swimwear season, production times may increase by a few additional business days as our team works through increased order volume.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, no.

Because every swimwear item is produced specifically for the customer who ordered it, we are unable to offer expedited production or expedited shipping on swimwear orders.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to begin appearing after a shipping label has been created.

GARMENT FIT & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Apparel Fit

Most of our tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies are unisex and fit true to size unless otherwise stated.

Love an oversized fit? We recommend sizing up.

For specialty garments such as crops, joggers, dresses, swimwear, and lounge pieces, please refer to the sizing chart on the individual product page.

Product Manufacturing

Many of our graphic products are printed in the USA using environmentally friendly inks.

Fabric contents and manufacturing details may vary by product. Please refer to individual product listings for specific information.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee order cancellations, size changes, or modifications after an order has been placed.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact support@gothclothco.com immediately. We will do our best to update the information before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses will require additional postage before reshipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free 14-day returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange only.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@gothclothco.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product

We'll work quickly to make things right.

GIFT CARDS

• Gift cards never expire.
• Gift cards may be used as full or partial payment.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are delivered electronically via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are processed similarly to domestic orders but may require additional transit time depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, and import charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee carrier performance once a package leaves the United States and are unable to reimburse lost international shipments.

PRODUCT CARE

To maximize the lifespan of your garments:

• Wash cold
• Turn garments inside out
• Use gentle cycle
• Lay flat to dry

Please follow the care instructions located on each garment label.
