About us...
Goth ClothΒ is a family owned and operated clothing retailerΒ founded in 2023, out of Charlotte, NC.Β Β Hand drawn graphics and bright colors are our thing and something you will find in every collection, dating back to the beginning.
The main statement for Goth Cloth has always been, "It was never a phase".Β Β What we mean by that is stay you, unapologetically, love yourself for who you are.Β Β What you consider to be flaws we consider your best attributes.
We strive to create a label for expression, a place for anyone and everyone to find something that says βthis is what Iβm feeling right nowβ. Clothes can be art and can speak, we hope our designs speak to you :)
Garment Fit/Make
- All of tee's and hoodies areΒ UNISEXΒ fit and fit true to sizeΒ
- We love the oversized look and if you do too we recommend sizing up, all of our models are featured wearing a size Large.Β Β
- For speciality garments ex. sweat pants or crops please refer to sizing chart on the product
- Our graphic products are Printed in the USA, using environmentally friendly inks. Body of the shirt/hoodie may be imported.Β Please refer to individual products for fabric contents.Β Β
- All tie-dye/all over print one-of-a-kind goods are hand cut & sewn to order inΒ Charlotte, NC.Β
- Accessories origins may vary although we try to source locally made products when we can :)
CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER
β’ Orders mayΒ notΒ be cancelled unless the product ordered has sold out.Β At this time we are not able to alter sizes or make changes to orders after they have been placed.Β Please refer to our returnsΒ + exchanges + refund page for more information.Β
Β β’ If you notice your shipping details are not correct after checking out please reach out ASAP. While we will make every effort to catch this and update your details before shipment we can not guaranteeΒ any requested change.

β’ E-gift cards are sent to the original purchaser via email. E-gift cards are sent within an hour of being ordered. You will receive an email confirmation with the order details before your unique card code is sent.
Β GIFT CARD REDEMPTION
β’ Gift cards can beΒ exclusively used on gothclothco.com as full or Partial payment. Use your unique code by entering itΒ In theΒ βdiscountβ section at checkout. Β
β’ Gift Cards do not expire
β’ Gift Card purchases can not be refunded.
SOMETHING WENT WRONG!
β’ In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product ordered and it arrives damaged we will replace the itemΒ ASAP.Β Please contactΒ us with details of the error along with your order number and a photo of the affected garment.Β Β
β’ Got something other than what you ordered? We will happily resend the correct item, please provide your order number, email and aΒ photoΒ of the item you received to support@gothclothco.com. You may be asked to return the item, if this is the case you will be issued return postage.Β

Β ORDER / SHIPPING INFORMATIONΒ
β’Solid color graphic tee's and hoodies generally ship in 2-4 business days or sooner! ( We do not ship weekends or holidays, orders placed during busy times such as sales and holiday may incur additional wait) Tracking is emailed as soon as it is available.Β
β’ After your order is placed you willΒ receive an additional shipping email with tracking information once your goods are on their way!
β’Β Orders containingΒ multiple itemsΒ may beΒ shipped fromΒ different warehouses or atΒ different times, no weΒ didnβt forget your items! You will get tracking as each shipment is prepared and leaves our facility.Β Β
β’ Goth ClothΒ isΒ notΒ responsible for packages not received due to incorrect or insufficient address. Any item received back at our warehouse due to these terms will be issued invoice to complete reshipment once it is processed and correct address has been confirmed.Β Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time after package is showing "delivered/return to sender"Β Β
β’ After product is showing "delivered" status we areΒ notΒ responsible for loss or theft due to package being shipped to insecure location.Β If your product is showing as delivered but you have yet to receive it we recommend first checking with family who may have received the package in leu of you then filing a claim with USPS if you have failed to receive after 1 day of showing delivered.Β
Β INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Well It takes a little longerβ¦.Β Orders will be processed the same as those being sent to the US but typically take 14-21 business days depending on the location.
β’International orders are Shipped Via USPS first class mail, this can have limited tracking to select destinations at this time.Β Tracking may end upon Leaving USA.
β’Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages.
Β β’All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.

BACK-ORDERED PRODUCTS
β’ We occasionally have merchandise for sale that that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size. We'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished.

Garments with Graphics; To insure your garments have a long life please wash in cold water Β inside out on gentle and lay flat to dry. Β You may also refer to the individual care label located in each garment.

β’Graphics, tie-dyes, stripes, masks and many other items are custom made to order!Β Β
β’ Colors... We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
β’ Due to unique hand Tie-Dye washes, there might be slight differences in washes and or size from garment to garment.Β
