SWIMWEAR SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
Why does swimwear take longer to arrive?
Our swimwear is made to order from recycled materials rather than sitting on a warehouse shelf waiting to ship.
Each piece is printed, cut, sewn, and produced specifically for the customer who ordered it. This helps reduce harmful fashion waste and prevents excess inventory from ending up in landfills.
How long does swimwear take to arrive?
Please allow approximately 2 weeks from order date to delivery.
During peak swimwear season, production times may increase by a few additional business days as our team works through increased order volume, and delivery timelines may reach 3 weeks.
Our swimwear is made to order, so there is a production period before shipping. Tracking information is sent once your order has completed production and entered the shipping process.
We're continually working to provide more transparency around production and shipping timelines so customers know exactly what to expect.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, no.
Because every swimwear item is produced specifically for the customer who ordered it, we are unable to offer expedited production or expedited shipping on swimwear orders.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to begin appearing after a shipping label has been created.
Why does Shop say 'Waiting for Updates?
Because our swimwear is made to order, orders often remain in production for several days before a shipping label is created. It's completely normal for Shop to display "Waiting for Updates" until your order has completed production and entered the shipping process.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee order cancellations, size changes, or modifications after an order has been placed.
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact support@gothclothco.com immediately. We will do our best to update the information before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses will require additional postage before reshipment.

We offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

In certain circumstances, Goth Cloth Co. may offer store credit only for items returned after 30 days. These requests must be handled manually through our support team and are subject to approval based on the condition of the item.

Love the high waisted bottoms. They are also cut higher in the thigh area too making them super cute and make your waist and butt look great
These designs are so freaking cute! They have 2 layers so you definitely cannot see through them. The best part is that they are unique and SOooooo flattering! The bottoms are true to size. The band on the bottoms does not dig into you at all. As for the top, they run small so they dont fall off. I am a 34B and the Large was too tight for me. Definitely size up on the top. Buy these yesterday! I will def be buying more styles!
